Terms of service.
Payment Methods
Payment will be made to the Business via an approved payment card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) or by any other payment method that is accepted by the Business, Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest or penalties, as determined by the Business.
Consumer Guarantees
(A) Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify the rights which either of the parties may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
(B) A failure to comply with the Consumer Guarantee provisions under the ACL, to the extent they apply to this Agreement, limits the Business' liability to (at its election):
In the case of a supply of services:
Resupplying the services; or
Paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
Authority to Sign
Each party affirms it has the authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform all its obligations under this Agreement. Individuals signing on behalf of a business or organization represent that they have the necessary authorization.
Client Will Review the Work
The Client agrees to review the services provided, remain reasonably available to the Business for questions related to the project, and provide timely feedback and decisions within a mutually agreed timeframe to avoid delays.
Modifications
Any changes to this Agreement must be agreed upon by both the Client and the Business in writing, either through email correspondence or a signed amendment.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with the work being completed or services provided within the first 45 minutes of the Style Consult, the Business will issue a refund of up to 50% of your original purchase. Refunds do not apply to other services unless explicitly agreed upon.
Termination of Contract & Right of Refusal
The Contract ends at the conclusion of the project. If either party chooses to terminate the Contract prior to project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that time.
The Consultant reserves the right to refuse service to any Client and to terminate this Agreement in cases of non-cooperation or other reasonable grounds, with immediate notice provided.
Expenses
The Client will reimburse the Business for reasonable expenses incurred during the provision of services, provided that the Business makes the Client aware of such expenses in advance and receives prior approval. Examples of reasonable expenses include travel costs, printing fees, or material purchases.
No-Shows, Late or Missed Appointments
If the Client fails to arrive within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled session, the booking will be cancelled to avoid impacting other Clients' bookings, and no refunds will be available, however, these funds can be used for a future booking within 3 months.
If the Client does not communicate the reason for their absence, no rescheduling will be offered.
Exceptions for emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained under or concerning this Agreement. This confidentiality obligation continues even after the termination of the Agreement.
Travel Fees
For services requiring travel outside a 30 km radius of the Consultant's location, the Client will pay reasonable travel and accommodation expenses. These expenses must be agreed upon in advance, and Consultants will provide invoices for such costs.
